If you are on the journey and are forced to curtail or alter any part of your trip itinerary because you need to serve a Compulsory Quarantine or Stay Home Notice order from the government due to close contact with a positive COVID-19 carrier, then you are covered.
If you are confined in a hospital or other temporary medical facility overseas as a result of COVID-19, and as diagnosed by a Physician, you will be paid $100 per twenty-four (24) hours of Confinement from the forty-eighth (48th) hours onwards and up to the maximum sum insured in the Benefit Schedule. The calculation will be based on the medical records submitted at the time of claims.
